L&M Machine was founded in February 1994. Through the time and the growth of the company it has expanded into the 10,000 square ft. building located in the small town of Riceville, Iowa. The expansion made it increase the ability to expand services toward performing contract production machining to service and support local and Global manufacturing companies.
As then and still today, our primary goal continues to be providing high quality, affordable products with superior delivery time. Owners continue to strive to improve the machining process so that there is an improvement in quality, efficiency and productivity. As we streamline process and create an efficient environment we are able to turnover those benefits to our customers with providing quality parts at a reasonable price.

Welding
The welding department is setup for production and repair. This area is headed by a top employee that has 20 plus years of welding experience along with 10 years experience training and certifying welders for a local leading manufacturer. Currently our welding department focuses on component parts for manufacturing and internal use. Main welding experience utilizes mild steel.
